I do understand that emergencies happen! This however is my business and if you block out my time without showing up, or canceling (within reason) I lose out on money. With that being said if you do not contact me or cancel your appointment through my site before the 48hr mark I will have to charge 50% of the service. If services equate to over $100 it will be 70% of the services. If there is an emergency please let me know as soon as possible. There are reminder texts sent out well in advance for you to have the opportunity to change/cancel your appointment. If you book a lash consultation & do not show I will charge a $15 fee. (It is a free service until you decide to not show). Also this is NOT charging you today. You DO NOT get charged until after the service is complete/no call no show/cancelation has happened.
